Plantey of medical information all over the web but alot of sites ate static html pages , not dynamic , without some useful features which save time and help us to track the site

Medical Bloggers doing greats with updating news and articles , alot of useful resources in them blogs
but blogs itself simple to use , but what if we want platform to publish more than medical news , as medical , articles , web links , may be gallery ….adding forum for community and support

There is alot of Open Source FREE CMS could used to publish the medical informations with alot of Modules and Plug ins could used as media Publisher , web links indexing , Forums , Galleries ..

Wikis , there is many wikis available with more features as tWiki ..

for me i used WordPress as my CMS Platform changing it to My port folio and News Aggregator i used at medpeek.com

Transforming it to Sources CMS for Web Links , Media , Podcasts .etc .. but that may cost some development experience
